In all fairness it is likely the most important one, the Doc about data security,etc. Yet I dont think this is a particulary good move as they them selfes sorta admit, that this deal has nothing to do with digital souverenty and havent thought about it at all. Which would likely be a dealbreaker if one cared about such things
