Sad that yet another promising phone is “phablet” sized. :(

Most of the options listed are easy to use. The difficult part is getting enough users to adopt the new system initially to motivate the rest to migrate as well.

Why does every interesting / unique phone have to be phablet sized. ;(

As others have mentioned, an alternative distro ypu can try is Bazzite. It’s an immutable distro, so most of the OS is read-only. The OS gets installed on 2 partitions (so you’ll need roughly double the storage space) but you’ll boot into one while updates get pushed into the dormant one. When the OS reboots, you’ll get the recently patched partition while the older one waits for updates and also serves as a backup, just in case.
There’s also Nobara, which is based on Fedora but with gaming specific addons. I think you’ll be able to easily install nVidia drivers as well. It is also a rolling release distro so you’ll get faster updates which I think is better if you want to game in linux.

Black mirror is no longer sci-fi. It is slowly becoming a documentary. - Louis Rossman

I tried several other Google Keep replacements and settled on Joplin as well as the contents are encrypted at rest. I use Foldersync to keep the noted synchronised between my mobile devices.
Nobara (Fedora)
Tried Bazzite for a year. Was fun but now back to a normal distro.
Built.myself a new.gaming desktop and decided to dive into thw deep end by installing linux. Been working quite well, so far. Almost all the games i play do not use any anti-cheat, so i don’t feel that i’m missing out on anything. The only game which does not work that well is Roadcraft. I’ll just wait until it is patched to run better. I have lots of games in my backlog to play anyway.

Something different and possibly unique / whimsical.
A lot of train stations have a rubber stamp + ink pad of the station name and a logo / picture. As you trvel around Tokyo via their excellent public transport system, look around or ask their staff where the “ike-stamp” is.
It became a very unique souvenir of my holiday there.
Also along the same line, most shrines you visit will have an office where you can purchase a “shrine book” and for a few hundred yen, have a staff write in it the name of the shrine and the date you were there. Another unique souvenir.

I use TrackerControl with pribate dns via NextDNS. Seems to work well.

Needs to be root as well :p
The enshittification of life as we know it.
I have only used Bazzite and Nobara and both have worked very well. The former is an immutable distru while the latter is a trsditional distro. Just depends on what kind of system you prefer. They are both worlds apart.

What’s next? Are they going to try to remove The Last of Us ? :/

After reading and understanding the fineprint, I’ve now forgotten what I wanted to order in the first place. LOL

Also weird that the restaurant pays the staff the absolute bare minimum and you need to supplement their income based on how much you order.

Get to da choppa.

Wing Commander series. Played a lot of Wing Commander 1 to 5 as well as the spinoff Privateer.
I also spent a good amount of time playing Civilization 1.

Another vote for Machete order. Simply put, it is a good way to watch the original trilogy, experience the story plot in episode 5 and get the back story in the subsequent trilogy.
Watching it in episode order for new viewers will mean they will experience episode 5 very differently.
Where is Collective Shout when you need them?
