Witcher series was originally in Polish
Let me know if you like it!
To be completely honest, no. I did really like the ending, but my brain mostly dumps everything once I get into a new book series!
Oh! I actually just thought of one more that has multiple characters with multiple perspectives with intertwining stories from different eras - The Clockmaker’s Daughter by Kate Morton. I read it a long time ago but I still think about it on occasion :)
Ohhhh, if you like pandemic themed books too, my all-time favorite book is Blindness by Jose Saramago (skip the sequel, I haven’t read it but I heard it’s trash in comparison).
If your interest in pandemics extends into zombies, I also just read the Newsflesh series by Mira Grant which I also thought was really cool.
I also read Station Eleven recently! The only thing I can think of that is similar is maybe Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell. It’s also a movie, if you’re into that :)
You realize that there are proportionally more “old hags” out there than 18-20 year-olds? And that there are also proportionally more “old” people who may feel more attracted to those “old hags” that are closer to their age?
Edit: took the time to find the wiki page referencing how even our founding fathers liked older women
Hey OP, I saw in a comment that you’ve tried medications and nothing has helped. I was in the same boat and struggled for a long time. It took switching doctors, but I found one that did genetic testing for me and was able to find a medication that worked really well. Later, I suffered through some severe trauma and it really knocked me back down again. I spoke to my doctor about it and we determined that TMS treatment was a good option for me, and I’m happy to report that it worked really really well and I’m doing a lot better.
There are options out there like these, but I think they are little known, and it took many years before any doctors offered them. I know it is so hard to do so, but I think it’s important to be able to speak up and say “hey doc, I’ve tried different meds for years and nothing helps, what other things can we do?”
Is there a fediverse LinkedIn equivalent? I hate that site but certain job applications ask for it now
A quick tip with TSA - if they always pull your bag to check it out, just take it out and put it in its own bin with no baggie on it. If you make it clearly visible, you may have better luck with them being able to clearly see what it is, and thus not having to pull you aside.
I once traveled with a larger container of miralax and they told me to do that to speed up the process lol
This is the reason I bought a stickerbook! I can place them all in there (so I know where they all are) and put them somewhere else later (once I find a place deserving them)
Is SCP-999 available to take home? I’m be happy to have a anti-depressant goo puppy!
You know, I had the same thought of asking if it was bigger than something, and this happened:

I was actually a little disappointed I didn’t get to play more!
Did somebody say ROCK AND STONE?!
It’s already been done to college students - that’s the parallel I was trying to draw
