I agree that it hasn’t quite been horrifying but I think they did a great job at “creepy” and at creating the circumstances to make you a more reckless fisherman the longer you play (every time I sleep through the day I remember the mayor telling me how unreliable the previous fisherman was bc he slept through the day to go out at night…)
