14·1 year agoWe have very low corruption in Sweden, rank 5 on the index compared to 24 for the US.
When one of our top politicians bought a Toblerone with her government card it was a big scandal.
I’ll switch to Wayland when XFCE makes the switch. For now, X is sufficient for me.

I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad.

I assumed what they ment where that with W10 they would transition from point releases to a rolling release model.
This is common in the Linux world, Arch being the most well known example.
Despite previous promises that they would not, they did something similar to Unity and tried to retroactively change their Open Gaming License to force creators of Dungeons & Dragons derived products to give up ownership of their products unless they pay exorbitant sums.

Things are moving in the wring direction in Sweden and a culture against corruption is so important as a wave break.
Sadly I have no answers to your situation except to say that fundamentally changing culture is a long and arduous journey.
