They don’t know what Windows is, they confuse Office with Windows all the time, they go online through the “internet symbol” which is their default browser that they don’t know the name of. Google is their default search engine and they’ve never seen any other search engine.
In my experience non-techy people just don’t know what Edge and Bing are.
