Humans are resistors. We just need to create a chain of people, and the more we add the more resistance the circuit will have too.

With a name like @redditcunts, this one is probably a troll. Just block them.
I think it’s really cool here. The people have been mostly friendly, the communities I’m following are decently active, and new features are being added every day. I honestly have very few complaints.
They may never find out.
Indeed, the swipe actions are really nice. Wefwef and Thunder also have them, but they from what I can tell don’t have a page for my saved posts/comments, so right now Connect’s my favorite.
As long as you have a domain or IP address for the instance, the apps should be able to connect to it.
Same here. Connect gang unite 💪
That’s a sitewide setting, most apps and the main site have it.
Yeah, this place sort of just has a better spirit right now. I hope it’s able to hold onto this vibe as it grows.
I definitely am. I may have more comments and posts here than on Reddit already and I have only been here a fraction of the time.
I don’t use SteamOS, but there work for Linux gaming is undeniable. Proton does an excellent job running the majority of games, and the Steam Linux client runs very well.
And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Greg is determined, and is willing to see his vision through. Maybe you should respect Greg?
Our first obscure piece of Lemmy lore. May there be many more into our future.
Yes, I’m a moderator for the community AskLemmy@lemmy.world even though I’m on vlemmy.net.
Yeah, it is annoying when that happens. Luckily the consensus from the comments seems to be that it will be removed in a future version not far from now.
Yeah, honestly the F is the biggest reason I’m not hardline into FOSS. As a socialist I’m well aware of the benefits of decommodification, and I strongly believe in open sourcing software, but we live in a capitalist world and people are often stingy with donations. It’s part of the reason why I wouldn’t mind a subscription fee for using my instance, paying my admin enough to keep the server on and to compensate them for the labor they do feels reasonable to me.
What if you get into an accident?
