If there are three players present I’ll run. Unless there is something big upcoming, then we’ll discuss if we want to postpone. I usually say “I want four players, so I’ll recruit to five, and run with three”.

Anything compared to Duskvol is sunny. That city and its atmosphere is so oppresivley dark and dreary. The sun literally doesn’t shine and no stars illuminate the night sky.
I don’t find Cthulhu horror that dark. Damp and misty sure. With the cosmic/existential horror being rooted in ones insignificance and the ungraspness of the infinite existence there is little explicit need for darkness. It can be dark yes, just doesn’t need to be.

Itch.io has a Forged in the Dark tag

And I found a list of fan creations on the blades webpage. Not sure how maintained that is but it is there.

The setting of blades is while well crafted utterly dark and dreary. Personally I cannot stand it. So anything that is forged in the dark (what the generic mechanics are called) but with a bit more sun is in my opinion pretty much an upgrade. So if you are interested in the forged family of systems and you find CO’s setting/premise go for it.
Can also recommend you to have a look at the larger FitD ecosystem as there are plenty of goodies.

Fil (fermented/soured milk) and musli in my opinion cannot be beaten. Get bowl, open fridge to get fil, pour fil into bowl, get muesli, add that and you are done. Pretty unprocessed, plenty of fiber and (depending on variety) lots of good bacteria. Cleaning up is also quick, water and a few swirls with the brush. Making coffee takes longer than chomping down on a bowl of fil and muesli.
Larger and/or gamey games 1€/h. Here I put games such as the Tomb Raiders, cRPGs etc.
Narrative experiences 5€/h. Stray Gods and other high quality intense experiences. Often short and with limited replayability. Like seeing a movie a second time.

Because it hasn’t been posted yet…
So you are saying that isn’t already the case?
Considering it’s the norm when you aren’t doing something genre typical to take two ir more genres and just smoish the names together. This way you get things like blackened death metal (black plus death) or epic gothic power metal (take a guess). Now smoosh those teo examples together and you get something like blackened gothic melodic death metal. See that there, now we get into the transformative properties of metal subgenres. Death metal with a bit more melody and structure, which power metal has in spades, becomes melodic death metal.
Fun isn’t it? Also I may have bullshitted together half of the above. But it is a real thing
Funeral Doom Metal is too occupied walloping in a blacked pit of despair to join the chat

No I won’t.

I use an Endeavour OS. So technically…
I use Arch BTW

I should play BG3 and get out of Act1. Buuut it’s starting to be so long since I last played it that I am lost in where I was and were doing. And I honestly don’t like the zone designs with all their open emptyness while at the same time being soooo cramped. What does it take to walk from the druid’s encampment to the goblin temple? Two minutes? Three? Cooooome on. Would have preferred the druid’s having one map, then world map travel to goblin’s and then zoom in on their lair. Condense the adventure while keeping distances plausible. So I’ll keep on looking at my small settlers as I keep building their settlement in Farthest Frontier.
Waiting on the bus.

It’s the internet. I assume everyone, until it being proven otherwise, is either a sentient amorphous blob or a bot.

But it will run quiter. And I can attack KOMs harder. Et cetera.
But yes for working out a watt is a watt is a watt

Marginal gains. Expensive marginal gains. I’m glad I’m not into that. When it comes to saving weight it is far better for me to shave it of me rather than the bike. And cheaper too!

The Craigslist hybrid? Riding the beater is often so much fun because you feel like you are allowed to ride it hard. Or it couldbe the older geometry making it more lively.
