I don’t put oil in because I’ve never seen it with my favorite recipes / cooks - I dip my pizza slices in oil before I eat them.

But there are a lot of doughs that do have oil in them, but they all seem less pizza-y. Maybe it rises less?

You wrap the whole thing in a cloth and close it up with thread like a bonbon and Cook that cloth.

Then you slice it and fry the slices in oil or butter

Thanks and you are totally right, it was a bit complicated, almost forgot about that.

Usually for the chicken Soup I disassemble it before serving on a board and the put the pieces back in the soup.

In this case we kinda pulled it off the bone with a fork, wasn’t the best but it worked.
