When did they release Notepad+++?
I think the biggest advantage for my use case is the no fuzz aspect. In the rare case something goes wrong I can reboot and select the previous version that worked without a problem. Also the ease of mind knowing I can’t really fuck up my machine, as the important parts are immutable. Other than that I enjoy having everything gaming related already configured correctly as I use bazzite - but that’s probably also true for non immutable gaming oriented distros.
As someone that loves to draw: definitely worth it. Is it worth it for you? I can’t tell you. Having a clear goal helps tremendously so wanting to create your own comic can be good motivation.
As for how long it’ll take you: depends completely on what your own measure is. The more you practice the better you’ll get. Also: set goals for practice (I want to learn hands, I want to draw clothes etc.)
And: drawing is a rather inexpensive hobby to get started, if you don’t like it, you can just quit whenever.
I used haruna and it works. The instructions on the FreeTube GitHub could be clearer though. Depending on if you’re using FreeTube and or the external player as flatpak there are different ways to get it working.
I do the same with moths as they are more active at night
Check out the workaround with an external player. It worked for me during the time friend didn’t work the past few days.
One of them isn’t
From briefly looking over the toot, I think the German version is called openDesk (bad choice as there seems to be some interior design software with the same name) there is a community version you can self host in a docker container. They apparently also have distro packages for Debian and Ubuntu but they seem to have stopped development on those.

I don’t have a definitive answer but I’d figure the low res might still be “easier” there is, for example a style called impressionism where they basically painted “pixels”.
knock knock
I think it was a problem with authorization. I was already logged in, butt wasn’t verified, of that makes sense. Basically logging out and back in did the trick at some point (and a lot of help from the instance owner)
I tried commenting a bunch of times but always got “log in first” Luckily I don’t have that problem on mastodon, where I have a ton of interactions and people are way way friendlier than on any social media platform I’ve used before
Probably because everyone is still constantly recommending Mint as a good distro for beginners.
