its the latter. the fn thing doesnt work as the fn key doesnt register input. my initial asumption is that because my kb is on apple format and i couldnt change it to windows because it requires me to press the fn key (iqunix f96)

im the most tech savvy in my household. compared to general people, im still a normie.

my personal pc is linux based and whenever someone asked to use my pc for general purpose i have to do the terminal dance. now for some of you that may be easy but for me it’s annoying. not to mention that i have goldfish memory so i have to duckduckgo which dependancy i need, troubleshooting and look for dependancy just to make my vlc support certain kind of media or connecting apple device to the pc.

im planning to distro hop to an easier one but im dreading to do the terminal dance all over again.

worth mentioning, my kb Fx keys are unusable for almost a year now and i exhausted all possible way to fix it. my steam streaming also outputting blank screen. i just dont have the urge and will to fix it

i just got back from a week in bali. we rent a mini ev 2 person car to get around and in the span for the whole trip we literally spend $0 because we charge them off the wall plug of the villa we stay at

but if we want to be pedantic the car is Wuling airev and iirc it has 17 kwh of battery. that is quite enough for us for the whole week, we only need to charge it once at 60%. so lets say its around 7 kwh. in Indonesia a kwh cost around $0.1. so for a whole week it only need less than a dollar for ‘gas’

i love steam but he does raise a good point. vavle explicitly said that steam acc is legally not transferable. there’s no second hand market and your library is legally gone for good when youre gone.
