really? i’ve been using SXM for over a decade. i’ve never seen a company that is so desperate to keep their customers. they’ll do pretty much anything you ask of them.

tired of paying the bill? then don’t. they’ll cut it off after a few months. then they’ll call and be willing to forgive the past bill, cut you back on, and you probably won’t even have to pay it for another month or two.

whenever whatever deal i’m on expires, i simply call them up and tell them i’m thinking about cancelling. they’ll usually offer something like service for $5 a month, if i’ll pay for 6 months at a time or something.

i’ve never had even a hint of trouble with them in the last decade.

It doesn’t sound like a you problem. Sounds like a problem with him. As such the agency to fix the problem lies with him.

Move on and forget about him.

some many years ago my wife and i had a conversation about this.

sometimes it needs to be communicated to me that she wants to vent. this is different than seeking solutions to a given problem.

this is basically why i ditched android and switched to iphones.

at the end of the day i need my phone to be a phone more than i need complete control over everything.

same with the PC OS. i like Linux, i like Windows, under some circumstances i even like MacOS. at the end of the day it really doesn’t matter what OS i’m using, so long as the software i need to run, runs.

if you’re making giant holes in your wall, you’re mounting wrong.

most wall mounts are going to be two or three bolt holes into a stud. they should be about as big around as a sharpie. if you remove the mount, a small dab of spackle covers them.

because the TV is that wide.
