This is dumb af. You realize most sites are on CDNs so this won’t do shit to them.
What is the desired effect this creates?
Traffic and money for ISPs and CDNs, partially more money for Russian ISPs, data centres and CDN providers. So it doesn’t help anything, even the contrary – the military won’t be affected at all and for most major sites, this is just another DDoS they have to mitigate.
I hope that you have also been DDOSing Ukraine while they’ve been hiring neo-Nazi fighters to commit horrific crimes in Donbass and caused 10,000-20,000 deaths
