There are arrangements of magnets that can levitate a steel ball bearing a certain distance above it. You could then imbed the ball bearing in the tone board. since the resonators themselves aren’t touching (never mind fixed to) the tone board, it should be possible to do, if finicky.

There’s two problems I see. First, it would require some fairly strong magnetic fields to achieve, and secondly, anything that’s going to keep your tone board constrained at the appropriate position is going to dampen the vibrations.

my go to involves zesting the lemons and making a simple syrup with that first, (and a few sprigs of mint.) then juicing and diluting (and maybe adding a few more sprigs o’ mint if I want to be fancy.)

Jokes aside, immersive sims have it in the description- they’re simulations of a thing, the game rules follow simulated rules, and these rules are designed to allow extreme player choice. Skyrim doesn’t really qualify even if it is ‘open world’- for example, how players are almost subconsciously pushed into being a stealth archer. (the game rewards you for sneaking in and getting the lay of the land before you enter combat. Picking people off at range is useful, and spells are too noisy for that, where archer lets you not entirely break stealth. Sure you might mop up with some magic or some sword and stuff, but, really, if you’re careful, you can clear entire rooms without people finding you.)

Also, puzzles and problems in skyrim lack the freedom of choice that’s the hallmark of immersive sims. Compare this to kingdom come deliverance, where if you’re careful you can just bullshit your entire way through the game. (speech skills, for example,) More over, the game reacts to what you do, and what you don’t do. you’re moving through a game world that changes based on how you go about everything, frequently in subtle ways… where it dosn’t really change as you progress through it.

Usually those requests go through the state department and if the us has an extradition treaty, the extradition is handled by the country they’re residing in.

If there is none, it’s more murky and usually handled case by case. (Or just ignored.)

Generally, cops only have authority within specific jurisdictions, sheriff’s the counties they work in and cops the cities, though if there’s a justification, they can go outside that, but it’s kinda frowned on without that justification.

Cops travelling, like on vacation have no special powers. Their authority comes from the states they work in, not even the us federal government, and not from just being cops. Few countries would allow foreign cops to just operate like that. (Actually probably none.)
