Same here, though I’d be suprised if there wasn’t a plugin for Obsidian which would provide Gantt charts, Kanban, etc.
I use Obsidian for documentation and such Vikunja for task management (Kanban).

Most people, both stupid and not, don’t have the faintest understanding of how current AI technologies work.

Yeah, I’ve ran the gamut from Linksys (started with the WRT-54gl, legendary), to TP-Link and Asus, moving to Syonology and finally landing on Ubiquity. I agree - by far the most capable and reliable of all these. Especially since I’ve gotten into setting up a homelab with VLANs and such. The synology has support for this but it’s not the greatest.

One can only hope…

From the article: The long-simmering anger at soaring housing costs boiled over late last month, when 87-year-old Maricarmen Abascal, who uses a wheelchair, was evicted from the home she had lived in for 70 years. The octogenarian said she was unable to afford the 230% rent hike demanded by the investment fund that bought her apartment.
Yeah, I honestly don’t know of any tech that has been pushed so hard. NFTs were never something large companies were interested or invested in, and VR was always a niche product. I find AI useful for certain things, but I hope this bubble bursts as soon as possible…
I think creating art is a goal onto itself and it’s something people will do regardless of AI. Like, if I like to write, the act of writing is the important part, more than the end result. Similar for music, movies, etc. For all the ai generated slop that’s out there, there will always be that person who enjoys picking up a paintbrush and going to town.
