Together, these updates are similar in scope to an expansion in terms of gameplay systems and functionality, and will fundamentally change the way Civilization VII feels and plays from start to finish. We plan to ship these features together in a single, massive free update that we’re calling “Test of Time.” We are tentatively aiming for the Test of Time update to launch this Spring.

Also 70 euros for a game with mixed reviews? No thanks, I’ll wait for the 80% off in a few years.

I loved Civ from 1 through 6. Even 6 was fine after a while. But 7 was just… hollow. Like it knows how to look like Civ but it isn’t Civ. It’s a marketing tool to grab money from players through DLC and subscription passes.

Let’s see how changing the gameplay entirely fixes the personality of 7. I’m hopeful if only to return to a beloved series but am so tired of the hyper marketing of 2K, Take Two, and how disrespectful it is to the people who have already paid to play their game.

I hope the nested tooltips will make it clearer and easier to understand what I am doing … :D

I just care about the UX in this game, it was so annoying, since than I never touched that game again.
