No sex education, no other people around who they could find romantically/sexually interesting, self-explorations disabled, no material that could stimulate such needs etc

    Assuming they have sexual impulses, they’d probably have a lot of inner turmoil as they would have these strange desires that they couldn’t contextualize or express because they never developed a vocabulary or conception of what the desires were. They would probably think they were weird or deviant in some way, and it would probably result in some kind of psychosis or outbursts as they tried to fit in with a world they felt didn’t fit with them.

    Assuming they were asexual, they’d probably live a long normal life.
