Idk, is it? I would argue it’s missing one if you think of power, video, and 2 usb connections. You would need a 3rd usb that goes to the pc if the other 2 are mouse and keyboard inputs. It’s weird and rare, but some people do actually use the monitor usb ports.

I didn’t even know they could have a usb hub, none of mine ever had. Huh.
