      The difference here is I’m not pulling shit out of my ass and trying to make believe that it’s a point.

      Capitalism at its best essentially allows anyone a shot at success. This isn’t an arguable point. It’s what defines capitalism if it were to work as designed.

      Only, it’s not working as designed.

      Unchecked socialism would do the exact same thing. Don’t believe me? Ask Bulgaria.

        You already said to ask about the ideal. So why bring up Bulgaria? Quit arguing with yourself.

        Again, we agree. Your ideal is that anyone has a chance in capitalism. Great. And everyone else, well, they get screwed. That’s your logic. Fortunately, billions of people around the world think we can do better than that, and that treating others well is a moral imperative.
