Hey everyone! Once a year around mid winter, I gather with a group of about 25 people for the weekend, and we each pick up a task. Last year I did a breakfast, and I liked it so I volunteered again this year. I’m now looking for inspiration!
Last year I did a classic Dutch (we are Dutch) breakfast, with various breads, toppings like cheeses, meats and sweets (Yes we put chocolate sprinkles on our bread and call it breakfast), and fruit.
This year I want to do something a little different! Tell me about favorite things to make for a large group, tell me about its history, origins, heritage!

Prep quiche or egg bites the night before. French toast bake. Cook spicy sausage the night before; then just scramble eggs, warm tortillas, and set out taco toppings.
