For a penthouse in downtown? It’s steep, but not entirely out of the question. There’s a nearby 2200sqft unit that sold for about $900/sqft, so $1400/sqft for a massive penthouse isn’t unbelievable. I doubt they’ll quite get that, but wouldn’t be shocked if it sells for over $5mil.
