To advertise a house you usually choose clean, profesionnal looking pictures. That one looks like a vacation picture, it does not fit the tone I guess. Also house selling pictures donāt have people in it. (no weird sexual meaning here, just wrong context for that picture)
He doesnāt own the house. Heās just a dude that hangs out and uses the hot tub. Heās staying when the house sells.
