    I’m a dirty meat eater, but yes. The more I age the less meat and dairy I consume. I lost 90lbs a few years ago and people were asking how, so I told them. Besides regular weight lifting, it is important to get fermented foods, as many veggies, chickpeas, beans, lentils, some fruit (don’t over do it), and what I call my bird food (pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, etc) Get a healthy gut microbiome by being consistent. If I’m hungry after all that then maybe I will make a PB&J or something else.

    Half the time I told people that, they were shocked about the lack of meat. Asking if I was a vegetarian. It’s like no bitch, but their diet is clearly better. Look at all those nutrients I’m eating while you fill up on burgers, fries, and shakes. I do have many cheat meals like fast food, but I try to keep my lunch and breakfast healthy, at least.

    I never hated vegans. I resent them for being right, and sometimes the flawed arguments that support their correct position
