God of war III (USA) (1.00) (BCUS98111) is not working on RPCS3. While the EU version works just fine.
(AFAIK, EU version is censored lot of scences, which I don’t want)
I downloaded USA iso from Redump (myrient). I downloaded EU version from Gnarly Repacks.
I also updated the game to 1.03, still stops at cache compilation.
Can somebody help?

Have you decrypted it? Myrient files are encrypted. You need the ird file for your release and a couple of programs to decrypt the game.
I didn’t. I just extracted the ISO like any archive.

it’s been a while since I set this up myself but I remember it being pretty simple
I don’t think there’s anything related to decrypting mentioned in that webpage. Do you know where can I get the IRD file ?
i think it will decrypt automatically when you download the game through nopaystation if you set it up correctly
