same here. unfortunately framework doesn’t offer a trackpoint
It looks like they’re selling entire mainboards which is a total gamechanger for laptop upgradability
The Framework laptop is amazing, finally giving control to customers, however. has a big problem, the cost, this laptop is aimed to end planned obsolescence, but the laptop costs ~1000$, so it is likely cheaper to buy a standard 400$ laptop and every time it “breaks” simply replace. most people do not need high performance anyways.
