I did tirzepatide. Like others have said, the food noise went away and I lost about 2.5lbs a week. Mild constipation and having a drink didn’t give me the same “hit” of pleasure. Make sure he gets enough protein and works out to prevent losing too much muscle. It definitely felt like a miracle drug but being off of it for a month, I can see why people stay on long term. The food cravings came back and I’m having to be real careful not to eat too much and gain it all back.

Highly dependent on the people involved. My oldest friend I’ve known since high school. We’ll occasionally send a meme back and forth but he’d never even met my kids until they were in their teens.
