Sort of. You distil the wine, ethanol comes out first in a higher concentration than water, you also get some bits of the wine flavour, but some is left behind as well. Over time the ABV of the liquid coming out of the still drops as the ethanol is mostly boiled off. Mostly. There would probably still be traces of it left down to the last few drops if you were to evaporate all of it.

Fun fact though when chefs add wine and say “it just boils off”, this is mostly a lie. Depending on how you are cooking it some amount will remain. A long stew probably removes most but something quick would still contain a lot of the alcohol. But it’s a very small amount in total.

Been tempted to get a steam deck at some point, just not sure how much I would use it and if it would justify the cost, having all my games already makes it infinitely more appealing than the switch though.

Apache server that has a bunch of webpages that are all configured by simple JSON files and loaded by PHP. The pages have buttons on them which when pressed enter macros. So I push “Deploy Landing Gear” and Shift+alt+F8 or some obscure as fuck combination no one would ever use normally gets pressed and the game can be set to use that keybind. Most of it is for simple immediate key presses but also made a few for macros as well.

The HTML/PHP that runs the show is a grand total of 2018 bytes, including comments. Plus a fairly bloated 2444 byte CSS file that includes some button colour options that I never use now because I decided they look ugly. Then a few months later I realised when I looked at the logs when trying to diagnose an issue that I had logs of everyones DNS history. I needed a shower after glancing at that. Trivial to bypass if you know how to of course, but logging it instead of blocking it means you are less likely to realise at first while a block is obvious and you can go on to bypass it.
