More MCU trash. When does it end, Lord?

Storm will get her own film for reasons I don’t need to explain.

Hint: it has absolutely nothing to do with being a fan favorite character.

No shame in admitting you used the gig for a sweet payday. Most people don’t see the MCU as nothing more than your average B-grade horror flick. It exists. We consume it and move on. It no longer has any semblance of quality that makes it memorable in any way whatsoever.

Trying to place this film in the “it’s for the kids” camp of movies is a huge reach. This has Hollywood desperation written all over it and it’s as obvious as a smack to the face.

I’m 50/50 on this. The film is a clear stain on Arnold’s record, but it was just wacky enough to be entertaining back then. I’m not sure a remake will do much better these days. Especially without the star power of someone like Arnold.

I think I’m leaning towards this becoming an instant flop if for no other reason than modern day Hollywood is just terrible at making action films from any perspective.

Vaporware

I like how the audience is so incredibly used to talent blaming the fans that they now give a warm pat on their back when the they say obviously only correct reply.

He’d be a fool to continue with anymore MCU productions right now.

I’m aware. And as I previously stated, that is undeniably a poor return in comparison to the money put into these productions.

That is a staggering, hilariously lower amount than it should be considering each film is around $200M+ sunk costs.

He most certainly did not carry anything in that movie. Script was trash, the effects were trash and yes, believe it or not, Ryan’s acting was beyond trash in that.

It’s OK, actors just suck at their job sometimes like anyone else but I am exhausted with people blatenly ignoring how god damn awful his performance was in GL. He was just as much a problem as every other thing in it. The film has exactly zero redeeming qualities, including him.

My God how did that awful costume get the green light…
