The fact that they are serious just shows how dumb they really are. We are not even close to that. The stress from that many transplants would probably reduce life expectancy. But let’s just imagine it works, you would still have to deal with brain degeneration and dementia. These are not serious people. Have they ever met someone trying to live with an organ transplant? It’s not like swapping out parts for a machine. Your immune system is permanently suppressed to prevent rejection so you are at risk for so many other problems, and even if you don’t reject the organ, you will need another replacement eventually.
It’s disturbing when you hear the idiot techbro billionaires fantasizing about engineering their own immortality, but it’s really disappointing that the most powerful world leaders are also this detached from reality. All the most powerful people are utterly delusional sociopaths.

They have a child’s understanding of the concepts… which is not particularly surprising, you don’t get to be a dictator by being well-educated, in fact it almost requires being shut off from as much knowledge as possible. They tend to be unable to hear the truth and basically force their underlings to gaslight them.
