Made gimbap last night. MyFitnessPal said I had too many carbs, but it’s one day out of the week. 100% would make again.

Smoked salmon, chicken, egg, cucumber, carrot, a little big of mayo.

I didn’t add much salt to any of the ingredients, so I had some homemade sweet soy and regular soy sauce on the side.

    Try to make a spicy one next time, it’s also awesome. On and somehow yours looks like a drop not very round :D

      A bit of sriracha would go well, yes! And also yes, I was too excited and hungry, so I might have put a little too much pressure on the roll when cutting, haha!

    Hopefully your buddy gets some carbs and fats, otherwise they risk rabbit starvation

      I’ve been on the fence about kimchi. I tried so many in Canada and Australia, but I just don’t like the flavour. However, couldn’t stop eating it when I was in South Korea. Definitely the jar vs fresh thing. I find the jar stuff just too strong.
