Heya, this was a bug, Fermi had used the local FS API for storing custom sound effects, though it was not used. This has been fixed in the most recent version. (chromium/webkit do not ask for permission to use the isolated FS API but firefox for some reason does, not 100% sure why it does)
I’ll have to ask the lead dev about that, I’m their friend but not a programmer myself. I’d @ them and ask why it does that so you’d get an answer from the horse’s mouth, but they don’t have a PieFed yet.
I made the community to park it for us first and foremost. ^^’
