minus-squareBeMoreCareful@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up4·13 days agoI think, maybe, if you could put a really small amount of citrus it would work. It works for Picard. Like squish an orange peel over the beans type of thing. I think I’m going to try it.
minus-squareGoforce5@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up4·13 days agoThere was a coffee shop in Pensacola, FL called Leisure Club that had an orange latte. Shit was absolutely amazing. They made their own syrup for it, so idk what the secret was, but I was there all the time until I finished college.

minus-squareBeMoreCareful@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up3·13 days agoYeah, a bit of orange peel squish. I can kind of more smell it than taste it in the back of the throat, but it sort of brightened the whole coffee. Not bad. I tried this with and iced coffee with sweetened oat milk. I may try it again. Really need to try it right next to some regular to see if I can actually tell it’s there or not.

minus-squarezoltanshields@lemmy.ziplinkfedilinkarrow-up1·13 days agoMy hypothesis is this is tolerable for iced coffee but it would be too much with hot coffee. I feel like the scent alone would be too strong.
