The first picture on the right gives me a feeling of (fighting for) freedom, which is working towards something pleasant.
The second picture lower gives me a feeling of imprisonment - taking your freedom away. Something that is not pleasant..
Propaganda is its own story. I don’t know is there propaganda in this picture - I don’t follow these events.
A story can easily feel different and mean different things when told through many different points of views, from many different parties.
