    I agree the only thing with Signal is it needs a phone number, but the protocol that is solid. Its more practical to have people switch to signal from whatsapp in my opinion

      Signal is working on a solution for that, I believe, I read something about Usernames, but I can be wrong…

      There is getsession.org it’s signal crypto but decentralized and whitout phone number
