    Wow, that’s astounding. Looks like these folks really have gone rogue.

    This reminds me of an aspect of the recent case around disclosure of donors that was handed down by the Supreme Court (Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta). One of the factors that came up in the ruling was multiple failures to keep the disclosed information confidential. Maybe not so bad for a kids with cancer non-profit, but a major problem with freedom of association when you get to controversial non-profits.
