I personally use Cinnamon, which has a similar feeling to Win10. Very satisfied with it on my desktop. From what I’ve heard XFCE also feels similar to Windows, but I simply have just used Cinnamon ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I use Privacy Friendly versions of Sudoku and Minesweeper on the F-Droid store. I also really enjoy Nonograms (aka Picross), and haven’t found a good foss app for it, but the app “nonograms.com” has been a good experience for me. I paid like $5 for the ad free version and that’s been it, nothing else.

PeerTube in general is the best alternative so far. TILvids is an example of a PeerTube instance, but PeerTube is federated just like Lemmy here, so you can find a different instance if you don’t like TILvids, or even host your own if you want! I don’t know the best instance for you off the top of my head though, I just use TILvids as well, which works fine for me as just a viewer.

Bloons Tower Defense 6 is a really good game that you could sink time into! It is paid, but I highly recommend it
