Afaik, the enterprise gemini has data protections so yes they can for those willing to pay enterprise level AI. This is a different case for consumer level AI.

Since it seems to be tied to Gemini settings, I think they were not able to design gemini integration in a way that separates data used by gemini from gmail and photos. Let’s say if google uses your gemini chats for targeted ads, if gemini mentions your emails, that will already be part of the data being tracked for ads. So, maybe just disable gemini chat history.

I think the robot problem is more influential to reduction of factory workers due to robots as manufacturing creates more value. For logistics, people love their free shipping and most of the time, companies pay very little to the delivery staff for cost reduction to achieve the free shipping. In this case, robots might actually be more humane for cheaper deliveries than delivery staff in minimum wage. People get their free shipping while no human becomes a sacrifice for that free shipping. If people really want wages and do not want robots to takeover, people should be willing to pay up for delivery fee which will unlikely happen.

You will only feel the pain once you get shadow banned by simply using a VPN. You don’t have the shadow ban yet I guess that’s why you still stay with it.

I actually think I got shadowbanned because I was on an IP that was used by someone who was probably banned and my account got associated.

Isn’t it usually taxed when the company buys a robot? Robots are expensive so the tax is high although it is only upfront. The other taxes that I can see are taxes paid for by the paid crew maintaining the robots (very unlikely that a robot will maintain another robot in today’s time) and taxes paid by the people who buy food through Uber during checkout.

The “AI translation” feature here has been on Firefox for years now. It was once an extension then just baked in to Firefox. So it was always enabled by default that automatically translates a site if it found a compatible language and it is on-device so doesn’t use the cloud. They just added the “AI” label recently I guess to appease a certain demographic. I guess there are other people who really relate AI to being bad. But guys, these have been ON firefox for a long time, just renamed as an AI feature.

I don’t recommend disabling the on-device translations and speech to text feature. Yes, they are “AI” but they are the good on-device offline AI services that are actually useful. Without the on-device translation feature, you’ll have to rely on web based Google Translate. Same with the speech to text feature.

Unfortunately i have to link to reddit but as you can see, the GPU can handle the graphics. But if you do a certain action like switch an item, the game freezes. I think this could be due to a CPU spike.

Not sure, if it is a GPU problem only then it will just be FPS drops. But for my case, the game freezes at specific intervals and doesn’t do any thing even if I tap anywhere on the screen. It may sometimes be even playing (the graphics) but I can’t change items, probably because the CPU cannot handle something somewhere.

With the new vibrant visuals and ray tracing features on bedrock, midrange devices cannot keep up.
