I guess flashcards would be useful for remembering the specific wording of quotes but it wouldn’t help me understand the ideas behind the quote. At least in my experience from using flashcards in university.

In general I found flashcards make me remember specific words and phrases, not the ideas behind them. Just a thing to look out for.

I feel like in person agitation is far more effective than online. I’m not sure if people are actually being convinced of marxism in lemmy.ml
