We did get hilarious E3 compilations at least!

We did get hilarious E3 compilations at least!

Compared to what though? Game reveals have always been big CGI trailer and maybe some tease of gameplay. If anything this year was way better than the last few because they showed back-to-back trailers and not have someone talk on stage for 5 minutes after each one.
Unlike E3 this SGF is a Geoff cash grab
You have a very rose tinted view of E3.

Crash also had a bunch of games, but people ignore everything that wasn’t the original trilogy. I mean, Crash 4 was at least the 10th one.

Seems like they actually listened to some feedback from the first time this was shown, it looks noticeably darker and less glowy. This looks fantastic. I really liked Bloodstained but it’s nice to have actual Castlevania back after they slept on the franchise for so long.

Gears of War is back… Halo is back… Crazy Taxi is back… Xbox is doubling down on the green… What year is this?!
It bothers me even more because they didn’t fix much in the Persona 3 remake. They had an opportunity to make Tarturus more like Persona 5 and less than a hallway simulator but… they didn’t change much from the original.
Awfully nice of them to make a new free update but wow it’s been a long time since I’ve played Blasphemous 2. It came out 3 years ago, feels a little late for an expansion.

The whole game looks and feels more like a fantasy game in a medieval world of magic than a sci-fi shooter.
Isn’t that the point though? Doom The Dark Ages is a dark fantasy style Doom. You even get a flail and sword in this one. I liked the change of scenery as opposed to yet another set of sci-fi bases, it’s the opposite of what I’d call “milking it” because the simpler option would be to do the same thing again.

Fiiiiiiiinally. Spyro 4 has been rumored for years, it’s great to finally see it. The Reignited Trilogy was amazing and I hope this matches those older games. From that last bit of gameplay though, I hope it’s not some kind of open world thing.
I know it’s become kind of cliche to make a game inspired by Studio Ghibli, but WOW this one actually nails the aesthetic of early '90s Ghibli. Gorgeous art.
Yeah but they reset development not long ago so I’d be surprised if it released any time before, like, 2029.

Basing it off the original Mario Kart is certainly… A choice. The stages being 100% flat is crazy when fun creative stages are the biggest reason people love kart racers.

Oh what I’d do for a dark souls 2 remake that actually fixes its problems…

It’s starting to drive me insane how many times they’ve teased this game without a proper release date. This trailer doesn’t give us much more than the one we saw last year.

I get that sex appeal is part of Stellar Blade’s thing but I would love this so much more without the anime girl with a massive ass and the camera zooming in on it every two seconds, because the game itself looks really solid.

Let me get this straight.
They brought 2pac back from the dead 30 years later…
To be in a Japanese game about Yakuza gangs…?
Aw man, I was hoping the second announcement would also be a classic hand-drawn game, but Cuphead’s gameplay was good enough that I would check out a pixelated version.

I haven’t played that yet, still waiting for it to release from early access.
The game is coming out this year, so why didn’t they show even the smallest snippet of gameplay? So weird.
