    In all seriousness, yes, yes they are. Maybe you can’t paint like the medival masters, but you able to open photoshop and make collages/edits to express your inner world a thousand times more interesting and charming. There are people who draw with a mouse. They are expressing themselves, using generic technology, that is for the most part, available everywhere. Do you really need more?

    Or are you just want to speedrun and skip all this boring “effort”, “dedication”, and just generate away your “very valuable” ideas en-mass for cheap?










  • Like, I kinda just hate Cantonese. I mean, almost every interaction in Cantonese is with an abusive person.

    I mean, yeah, I think it’s completely valid in your case. I think people are very good at linking together the sound of something and the atmosphere it is being heard in. This is a very mild example, but I heard many many times the story of " I heard the music that used to be my alarm, and jolted in pain for a moment". So even in such simple cases the effect is strong, and you just had to go through terrible things, all accompanied with the same type of sounds. So yeah, it isn’t weird or bad, it’s just your associations with the awful things that you needeed to go through.

    I hope that one day you be able to grow much more warming associations with these sounds, or even just letting them go entirely and embracing another language as the powerful language of love.









  • Please, please, don’t do that. I understand that life can be rough sometimes, and there are moments in it when you don’t have the time to “feel it out” and you need to just survive, now.

    But… Just pushing your negative feelings deeper down and “faking a smile” is a really bad way to cope and can lead to serious issues with mental wellbeing. So please, remember that all feelings are valid, and are there for a reason. Let yourself have a mental space to feel the emotions fully, even if they are not positive. Coprehend and analyze them, find the situation that is causing them and go from there, doing things that can make it better.

    And remember, nothing is in vain, and everything going to be fine. Have a good day :)
