Looking for FLOSS monitoring and utility programs that will port to AIX. I found an older version of top with AIX support. I also saw some AIX patches for an older version of htop and I can get them working with the latest version. There's source for njmon. Does anyone have other lightweight FLOSS C/C++ monitoring utilities or tools they'd recommend for AIX? Thanks.
I've thinking and, before Linux, MINIX was the best operating system for students, and it even helped Linus Torvalds for creating it. Is it still used for educational or commercial purposes? Could you give aniy example?
