I’m thinking about uninstalling Play services (it’s disabled atm) and installing microG but since it’s a stock rom there is no signature spoofing.
So what do you guys think? Can it work?

It will not work, I already tried it without signature spoofing.
IIRC, you should patch system’s services.jar, otherwise micro g will be installed, but won’t work
