If Vatnik exists why call them tankies? For the Chinese vatniks? Can we broaden the definition to broadly include people who uncritically buys into propaganda?

Because I speak mostly English. Basically means the same thing (close enough), why call you “дурак” when I can call you “fool” in my native tongue?
