Oh, I’m not saying he has benevolent intentions toward Canada, lol. But he’s not looking to get us particularly riled either. One, he wants to keep tensions with Europe away from his border. Two, he is deathly afraid that real Americans that haven’t drunk his kool-aid will have a place to flee, regroup and fight.
