Inspired by a Neopaliton pizza restaurant in Florida that no longer exists. The egg was nice and runny.

This coming year I will be doing more of it because I finally found a decent source of semolina flour that doesn’t cost an arm and leg. But that won’t happen until the garden starts to come in more.
I’d highly recommend you to try doing your own pasta if you have a few dozen eggs to spare.
