To see if anyone engaged w my comments I have to to check them individually. How do I set notifications?

      @jonuno@lemmy.ml Also keep in mind that Lemmy doesn’t have a Web Worker that allows the browser to fetch notifications all by itself, so you’ll only get notifications when ay least one Lemmy page is open on your browser.

        there’s an option to receive an email instead of a notification, which i personally don’t like. the other option is to simply tap on the bell icon on the top right of your screen, and you can see any responses, mentions or PMs.

        but as far as i know developers won’t be able to implement push notification on android, because then they have to send them through google play services.

            that’s a good idea to have a badge on the bell, maybe share it with lemmur’s developer? @shilangyu@lemmy.ml

            but for now you can get rid of old ones by ticking them if you wanna see only the new ones.
