From my (PC) point of view GTA 6 comes in 2028 then. OK. I’ll wait. I have waited 30 years for VR to arrive, I can wait 2 years for GTA 6, big whoop.

Here we go again with the preorders for digitally downloaded games. Why, why have we not learnt from all the botched AAA game launches?

Preorders for AAA games made sense when supply was scarce, demand high, and games pretty much working at launch day.

This is not the timeline we live in anymore.

I am using Linux for 30 years at this point and it blows my mind that I can play AAA Windows games on Linux now

Tried it once last year. It was interesting. It was funny and is a lasting memory but I have not done it since nor do I have the desire to.

Well, I cannot go more vegan than I already am so I guess it’s someone else’s turn now.

My advice: Stick to distros and softwares that are widely used. When presented with options, tend to stick to the defaults.

Just because literally 100% is customizable in the Linux world does not mean you have to customize your system 100%.

That’s my motto since 1996 when I started using Linux.
