“Installing Arch is really easy these days!”
Obviously, you need to get BSD on a computer without any proprietary firmware.

Why not both? It’s probably both.
Of all the people on the list this is the only one that surprised me.

Does Trump think
No.

And are these people using Microsoft’s Copilot AI a lot in the room with us now, Satya?

Let me guess: instead of improving their products, they’re going to get the US security industrial complex to silence the critics.

I wasn’t in any way implying that we should be complacent about the current state of affairs in the world. But the commonly made claims about how paleolithic hunter gatherers/Roman slaves/mediaeval peasants had a better life than we have today are just ill informed.

I don’t think you’d want to change places with a Roman slave. The vast majority of people in modern times have it much better, even if they live in poverty.
It’s usually a mixture of both. A lot of malicious people are also very stupid.

They’re basically being folded into Oppo right now. OnePlus as a company is pretty much dead.
Don’t remember. I just followed the instructions on the website.

How is exposing myself to the daily shower of diarrhea going to help with that?

Danke, Fotzenfritz!
Nobody forces you to read that shit. Feeding the outrage machine has been a major part of Trump’s success. I try to ignore this nonsense as much as possible.
People who want to play games with kernel level anti-cheat won’t be happy with Linux. If that’s a must, they’d need to look for other solutions. For all others, Mint is great to get started. Most people just want their computer to work with minimal hassle. That’s what Mint excels at.
