I’m never closing mine as long as it has active users. Please come if it’s a good location for you - western USA. Performance and uptime is really good but you will have some network latency if you are on the other side of the world.

The default settings didnt have a redirect so you were getting the default nginx web page since you went to the http version.

I game in 120hz on a 30 inch 4k screen. Are you on Wayland? Xorg is old and have issues. Also avoid Nvidia at all costs. Get amd.

Actually phoenix showed that the zen kernel has slim to no advantage compared to the vanilla kernel for gaming. But I use it anyway because it’s not worse.

Always happy to see another user join the ranks of gamers on Linux. I’ve been gaming for years now since proton came. The fact that it’s just a checkbox in steam to use proton is fantastic.

What you do?

You start getting into Linux, buy open source t shirts, grow a beard, listen to Stallman talks, and stop interacting with normies ever again. Only communicate through text travelling over open source technologies.

Make sure you spend enough hours in front of a keyboard to get a very pale skin color, reddish eyes and a rounded spine and neck. Pull down curtains so you see your screen better and avoid sunlight.

Drink lots of soda while sitting completely still so you gain fat and lose muscles.
