minus-squareplulinkfedilink0•2 years agoThat’s a misunderstanding. Any service, regardless of where is it based, is obligated to comply with the GDPR if they conduct business in the EU. I can put a GDPR deletion notice out for any American company, too.

Not by itself, no.
